Personal fitting sessions can be scheduled by calling our store directly at +1 (503) 714-6056. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend appointments. Each session lasts approximately 30-45 minutes.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unworn items with original tags. For performance footwear, we provide a 14-day trial period during which you can return shoes even after light use if they don't meet your expectations.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer physical gift cards in any denomination that can be purchased in-store. Gift cards never expire and can be used for any products or services we offer, including personal fitting sessions.
