Cancellation Policy

At Clothingluxury Performance Sportswear LLC ("Clothingluxury," "we," "us," or "our"), we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders may be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by customers.

  • During Processing: Once an order enters processing, cancellation may still be possible but is subject to our review and approval

2.2 In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases:

  • Immediate cancellation is available before payment is completed
  • After payment completion, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please use one of the following methods:

Required Information: When requesting a cancellation, please provide:

4. Cancellation Processing

4.1 Processing Times

  • Email Requests: We aim to process cancellation requests within 24 hours of receipt
  • Phone Requests: Immediate cancellation confirmation if order has not yet been processed
  • In-Person Requests: Immediate processing during store hours

4.2 Confirmation

Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation of the cancellation
  • A cancellation reference number
  • Information about refund processing (if applicable)

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

5.1 Refund Methods

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: No refund necessary as payment was not yet made
  • In-Store Purchases: Refund to original payment method or store credit at customer's choice

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Cancellations before processing: Immediate refund initiation (funds appear in 5-10 business days)
  • Cancellations during processing: Refund initiated within 48 hours of approval (funds appear in 5-10 business days)
  • Partial cancellations: Refund for cancelled items only, processed within 5 business days

6. Partial Order Cancellations

For orders containing multiple items:

  • You may request cancellation of specific items if the order has not yet been fully processed
  • Partial cancellations are subject to the same timeframe restrictions as full cancellations
  • If only some items can be cancelled, you will be notified and given the option to proceed with partial cancellation or keep the entire order
  • Shipping costs may be recalculated for partial cancellations

7. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun:

  • Custom or personalized sportswear items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Digital products or services (if applicable)

8. Clothingluxury-Initiated Cancellations

Clothingluxury Performance Sportswear LLC reserves the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • Product Unavailability: If an item is out of stock or discontinued after your order was placed
  • Pricing Errors: If there was a technical or human error in product pricing
  • Payment Issues: If payment authorization fails or fraud is suspected
  • Shipping Restrictions: If the shipping address is outside our delivery zone or restricted for legal reasons
  • Force Majeure: Due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, acts of government, etc.)

In such cases, you will be notified immediately via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

If you wish to modify an order rather than cancel it:

  • Promotional discounts will be maintained if the order is modified but not cancelled
  • Store credit issued for cancelled promotional orders may not include the promotional discount value
